Upon franchisers decision to employ credit card programs which will be outlined in a procedures manual provided by the franchiser, the franchisee will grant complete cooperation to the franchiser and any other franchisees in franchise network Franchisee also agrees to participate in such credit card programs and will be kept informed and up to date by the franchiser.
